BOB CROWLEY
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
In 2004, Bob Crowley was hired as Vice President of Operations to oversee the chain. Bob is a restaurant industry veteran with a background in chain restaurant management. Bob is a graduate of Curry College in Milton, MA with a BS in Management. Bob was the Director of Placement and Cooperative Education at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI. Earlier in his career, Bob served in corporate management roles for Marriot Hotels, Sheraton Hotels and the Back Bay Restaurant Group. From 1996 to 2004, Bob worked for American Hospitality Concepts (AHCI) in Braintree, MA. AHCI was the parent company of Ground Round Restaurants, John Harvard’s Brewhouse, Tin Alley Grill and Berkshire Grill. AHCI had over 130 restaurants in 23 states. Bob held the positions of Director of Human Resources, Director of Training and New Store Openings and Director of Franchise Operations.
Bob oversees all restaurant operations, marketing, menu and product development, human resources, training, beverage programs and corporate operations for Chelo’s Rsetaurants, Inc.
