Server & Employee of the Month:
Every month the management team selects a server and an employee who has gone above and beyond for their location. These two employees receive a check, recognition at the pre-shifts that are held before every shift change, and a nameplate that goes on a perpetual plaque that is hung in every locations foyer. Once chosen as a server or employee of the month they are eligible for their locations server or employee of the year. This employee receives a check, a weekend getaway, an invitation to the companies Employee Appreciation banquet.

In addition, John Britto was named General Manager of the Year.
