We hired Chelo's for our wedding and the food was excellent. The staff was excellent. I have worked in hospitality and Lori Zabatta is by far one of the kindest most accommodating individuals I have every met. I still have guest calling to tell me how great the food was. The most amazing thing was the price. Chelo's made my dream wedding possible on a tight budget. I can not thank them enough.

I just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time at the Newport Avenue Chelo's this past Sunday. Everyone was very comfortable, their needs were met, and we didn't feel rushed at all. Our server, Linda, was patient, generous, and very kind. When we had a minor snafu when a little girl wanted a children's meal her mom hadn't ordered, Linda got a replacement for another little girl who we found actually had ordered it. No issue was made and the food came quickly. As for the buffet, we couldn't ask for better and everyone left satisfied. (I wasn't supposed to eat them, but the brownies were wonderful too!) Again, thank you for all your help. It was a wonderful party and the best part is, the birthday girl didn't have to worry about a thing. If anyone asks, I certainly would recommend you and your fine staff.

Although one month has gone by and the excitement faded, I still smile when remembering my Mom and Dad’s 50th anniversary held at Chelo's on 9/16/2008. This would not have been possible without the assistance of your fabulous staff. Without the patience and knowledgeable guidance of Rena I would have been lost. She was always available to answer my questions and calm my nerves, an invaluable asset to your staff. On the night of the event, I was in the ever capable hands of Evelyn and Debbie. They were always ready and helpful invariably able to anticipate the desires of the guests. I’ve heard nothing but wonderful comments on the food and accommodations.
